Ingredients

1 Tbsp
canola oil
1 small
onion, minced
1 small
green bell pepper, diced
1
stalk celery, diced
1 lb
ground turkey
2 c
crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp
dry mustard
1 Tbsp
light brown sugar
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 dash(es)
hot sauce, or more to your liking

toasted hamburger buns

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper and celery. Cook, stirring until soft.
2Add ground turkey and cook, stirring until browned. Add tomatoes, brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
3Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cook until mix is thickened, about 10 mins. Serve over buns.
