Mix together the ground turkey, minced onion, bread crumbs, egg, onion, powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and cajun seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Preheat skillet, add the vegetable oil. Form meat mixture into oblong patties, add to pan, cook until browned. Remove from skillet, add sliced mushrooms until tender.
Add the 2 cans of mushroom soup, milk and water. Add the patties back to pan let simmer for at least 1 hour. The longer it cooks, the better it will be. I use my crock pot instead of a pan, and let simmer all day.
