Ingredients

5
dried red chilies, more or less to taste
2 Tbsp
lime juice
1/4 tsp
cumin
2-3 lb
steak (skirt or flank)

Step-By-Step

1Rehydrate the dried chiles which will take about 30 minutes and puree.
2Whisk the chile puree, the lime juice and cumin together.
3Rub the mixture on the meat, cover and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if you can.
4Bring to room temperature and cook on a medium hot grill to desired doneness.
