Awesome seafood cakes

atlantic salmon, fresh or canned
4 oz
cocktail shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned and drained
8 oz
crab, fresh or canned
1/3 c
saltine cracker crumbs
1 large
egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp
sweet relish
2 Tbsp
onion, chopped
1/2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
lime juice
2 Tbsp
smokehouse ranch dip
4 Tbsp
unsalted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Melt butter in skillet, saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated thorough. Serve with dipping sauce.
Dipping sauce:
1/3 cup 1000 Island Dressing
1 Tbsp horseradish.
