Ingredients For italian seafood

  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 lb
    haddock or cod, cut into 2"-pieces
  • 1/2 c
    white wine or seafood broth
  • 12 oz
    bag frozen okra
  • 2 lg
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    cooked medium shrimp
  • 1 lb
    cleaned mussels
  • 2
    6 oz cans chopped clams w/ juice

How To Make italian seafood

    In lg pot, over med-high heat, cook fish in oil until lightly browned. Add wine, okra, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and shrimp.

    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 mins. Add mussels, and clams w/ juices. Cook until mussels open, discard any that don't open.

    Serve in bowls w/ crusty italian bread or over linguini.
