Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
shrimp peeled and deveined
1/4 c
coconut milk
2 Tbsp
fish sauce
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp
cilantro minced
1 tsp
curry powder
1 tsp
turmeric
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
cooked rice

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.
Transfer to pan and cook 4 to 6 minutes.. Do not allow to boil or it will curdle the milk, Serve over rice.
