    prepared mustard
  • 2/3 c
    cornmeal
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • oil for frying

How To Make cornmeal mustard fried catfish

    Mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.

    Spread the mustard over the fillets. Dredge in the cornmeal mixture.
