Very simple receipe that can be used as your family dinner or can be used as an appetizer at parties. Very versitile and can be changed to fit every taste. You can make this vegetarian by using veggies like broccoli, spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.

Ingredients For stromboli

  • 10 slice
    boiled ham, sliced
  • 12 slice
    pepperoni
  • 12 slice
    hard salami, sliced
  • 10 slice
    hot ham, sliced
  • 10 slice
    mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 10 slice
    provolone cheese
  • 1 lb
    pizza dough

How To Make stromboli

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  • 2
    Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle shape, about as long as a cookie sheet

    Layer your ingredients as follows: Ham Provolone Salami Pepperoni Hot Ham Mozzarella

    Roll the sides of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. The ends will be open and you will have some cheese leakage but it's just awesome anyway.

    Place dough with fillings on an ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down. Score the top on a slant. (I usually make the slices slanted and cut where I will make the sandwich slices)

    Bake about 20 - 30 min. or until ingredients are hot and dough is browned
