arepas (venezuelan buns)
3/4 c
shredded, cooked chicken

ripe avocado
1 Tbsp
minced onion
3-4 Tbsp
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Peel and chop avocado. Mix in chicken, onion, mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2Split buns part way and fill with 1/4 of filling.
