Asian Pork Burger with Chili Garlic Aioli

I love Asian flavors. Came up with this for lunch today. Was a big hit.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
1
inch knob of ginger grated
4 clove
garlic minced
3
scallions minced
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 stalk(s)
bok choy green parts only chopped

CHILI GARLIC AIOLI

1 c
mayo
2 Tbsp
chili garlic paste
2 Tbsp
ketchup
2 tsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
sesame oil
bread or bun of choice

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the ginger, garlic, and scallions in food processor and mince small. Add the pork and soy sauce. Shape into burgers and fry or bake until done.

Mix all the ingredients for aioli together.

Place burger on desired bread. Top with chopped bok choy and chili garlic aioli
