Sometimes you just want something a little different and I suppose you can't get much different than this. lol I hope you like these for a change and a little different. The fresh vegetables makes them refreshing.

chopped pepper (you can use bell or and hot pepper you like)

granulated garlic

seasoning salt

american cheese
6 slice
swiss cheese
12 slice
english muffin
6 slice
lettice leafs
12 slice

very thin sliced cucumber

stuffed olives
6 Tbsp
green goddess salad dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine Ground beef, ground pork, onion, chopped pepper, garlic, seasoning salt, pepper, and cumin.Form out five inches in diameter and make 12 patties. Slice six muffins in half to toast. Place on grill. let cook for 15 minutes per side, depending on the doneness you prefer. Top each of the patties with the cheese the last minute of cooking. Spread toasted muffins with salad dressing. Build each sandwich as follows. Muffin half, lettuce leaf, patty, tomato slice, 3 cucumber slices, patty, and muffin. Secure each sandwich with wooden pick tipped with olive. Yields six sandwichs.
