- wonton wrappers
- 1 lb
- ground pork
- 3 dash(es)
- soy sauce
- 1 bunch
- green onions
- 6 clove
- garlic, crushed (you can use less if you prefer)
1Mix all ingredients together (except the wrappers of course), and blend with an electric hand mixer or food processor until mush.
2Drop by rounded spoonful onto wonton wrappers, and pinch/twist closed.
3To cook, simply boil, steam, or pan fry (your choice) until tender.
4Wonton can also be frozen on cookie sheets and bagged for use later.
