this new pork casserole recipe i created,about to get wild on the dinner table,it filled shredded pork,diced ham and bacon.

Ingredients For wild pork casserole

  • 1 c
    crumbled cooked bacon bits
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 c
    chopped carrot
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    shredded pork
  • 2 c
    diced ham
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1 bag
    frozen hash brown potatoes,thawed
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese,divided
  • 1 can
    (10 3/4 ounces)condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make wild pork casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.Add crumbled cooked bacon bits.

    Heat margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.Add chopped carrot and diced red onion,saute for 5 minutes,or until are tender.Remove from heat,transfer into a medium bowl.

    Heat olive oil in a same skillet over medium-high heat.Add Shredded pork and diced ham,saute for 7 minutes.Season with seasoned pepper.

    Add hash brown potatoes and blue cheese in a prepared baking pan.

    In a large bowl,combine sauteed carrots,sauteed red onion,shredded pork,ham,1 cups sharp cheddar cheese,soup,cream cheese and sour cream,mix together .

    Spread pork mixture over potato mixture.Sprinkle remaining sharp cheddar cheese and bread crumbs on top.

    Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
