In saucepan, over medium heat, mix soy sauce, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup brown sugar, honey and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Place chops in lg plastic zip-lock bag. Pour sauce over chops. Let marinate 3 hrs.
Heat oven to 350. Drain chops, discard marinade. Place chops in a baking dish. Cover, bake about 15 mins. In bowl, whick together ketchup, cocktail sauce, remaining brown sugar, 2 tbsp water and mustard. Pour over chops, cook 15 mins more or until no longer pink inside.
