Ingredients

4
rib-end pork chops
2/3 c
pineapple juice
3
limes, zested and juiced
1 Tbsp
molasses
1 tsp
worchestershire sauce
2
garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp
fresh ginger, minced
3/4 tsp
ground allspice
1/4 tsp
dried thyme
1/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Place pork chops in a large plastic bag or sealable container. Zest lime from 2 limes and reserve. Squeeze juice from all 3 limes and combine with remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Seal and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning chops occasionally.
2Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade. Place chops on grill, close lid and cook 6-8 minutes per side.
3Top with grated lime zest. Serve with grilled sweet potato wedges and a nice salad.
