- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbl. vinegar
- 4 tbl. granulated sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 lbs. sweet italian sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red or green pepper, sliced
1Mix together in a bowl, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and the sugar and ketchup. (set aside)
2In a 9x13 baking dish layer the sausage, onion and your pepper.
3Pour sauce over your sausage.
4Bake at 375 deg. for 1-1/2 hours, covered
