Suspended Diet Pork Chops, Iris

My children are used to me baking, grilling, and broiling most all meats, I'm 51, them, not so much. So I slid off track and fixed these today. Buttered rice, and limas, cooked in onion, garlic, and chicken stock completed our meal, now say grace and dig in!!

Ingredients

7 large
blade pork chops
2 Tbsp
accent, optional
2 Tbsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
paprika
2 Tbsp
chicken seasoning
2 Tbsp
onion powder
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
emeril originally essence
2 Tbsp
a-1 mesquite grill seasonings
oil for frying

Step-By-Step

1Season chops on both sides, allow them to sit between 10-20 minutes.
2Dreg in flour of choice (I use whole wheat or panko). Fry to a crispy, golden brown on both sides. Don't over cook, we don't want dry chops.
3Serve with favorite sides.
