These are so easy to make and really delicious for how simple a dish it is. I usually serve it with a can of stewed sweet potatoes and some fresh greens.

Ingredients

lean pork loin chops
1/2 c
all purpose flour
2 can(s)
1 can chicken and rice soup, undiluted

Step-By-Step

1Dredge flour onto pork chops and brown in hot oil on both sides in a frying pan. Arrange chops in a 8x13 baking dish. Pour chicken & rice soup over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
