I use pork steak in this recipe because its a little faty it adds to the flavor.

Ingredients

2 large
pork steak
4 c
corn flakes [crushed fine,salt and pepper to taste]
3 large
eggs
2 can(s)
mushroom soup
2 can(s)
water

Step-By-Step

1Make a dredging station with eggs and corn flakes

2Cut pork steaks in half

3Dip pork steak in egg then cover with corn flakes

4Put in fry pan wih oil. Brown both sides,transfer to cassarole dish.

5Pour soup in a large bowl, using cans measure water. This step also gets any soup thats left in can. Mix well

6Pour over meat. Cover, Bake in 350 degree oven for 1hour 30 minutes.
