Ingredients For mini blt wraps

    6-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 c
    diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 c
    chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 12 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled

How To Make mini blt wraps

    In a small bowl, combine tomatoes and mayonnaise. Spread 1/4 cup of the mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer lettuce and bacon on top. Roll tightly and slice in half at a diagonal. Serve with toothpicks. Store in refrigerator. Makes 12 wraps.
