Ingredients

1 lb
pork chop
4 c
dried cubed bread
1 Tbsp
sage
1 small
onion (diced)
1/2 c
celery (diced)
1/2 c
applel (diced) i used gala
1/2 c
raisins
1 dash(es)
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper
2 Tbsp
butter
2 c
chicken broth

Step-By-Step

1Prepare Pork Chop by making a pocket by slicing toward bone.

2Stir together bread cubes,onion,celery,apples,raisens,sage,and salt and pepper.

3Heat chicken broth slightly in microwave add butter, stir till butter is melted.

4Pour broth a little at a time over bread mixture.Stiring frequently till moist.

5Spray baking dish. Put chop in baking dish.

6Stuff pocket of chop with dressing add remaining dressing around chop.

7Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hour.
