Chop and fry up bacon in large skillet or pot. Save bacon grease in pot. Add in onions to hot bacon grease and let tenderize and brown a little. Slice up squash and add to hot bacon grease and onion mixture along with 2 tbsp of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil). Add 1 tsp of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on Medium heat. Let cook until they start to tenderize and turn a slight golden brown, then add in bacon and let cook until squash is completely tender, browned and done. Serve with Baked Pork Chops or any of your favorite meats. Enjoy!!!
