Ingredients For fireman bob's baked beans with fire roasted tomato

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork sausage
  • 1 lb
    ground veal
  • 1 lg
    jar fire roasted red tomatoes - diced - fine
  • 1 lg
    yellow onion - diced - fine
  • 1 c
    shallots - diced - fine
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1 can
    beef stock
  • 4 Tbsp
    mustard, spicy brown
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 2 can
    red kidney beans
  • 2 can
    great northern beans
  • 2 can
    navy beans
  • 1 1/2 lb
    hickory smoked bacon - diced fine
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar - packed
  • 1 c
    chili sauce your choice
  • 1 c
    molasses - dark
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot sauce - tabasco
  • 3/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4 lg
    cans pork and beans *** do not drain ***

How To Make fireman bob's baked beans with fire roasted tomato

    Fry bacon and crumble into small pieces.

    In the bacon grease saute the onion, and shallots till softened then add ground beef, pork sausage, and ground veal and cook till browned. *** Drain well.

    Mix all the ingredients in a 7 quart Dutch Oven and bake covered for 3 hours at 250 degrees. Enjoy!
