This Italian dinner recipe is inspired by the traditional Italian dinners that my Italian relatives would make on special occasion.

Ingredients For duffy d'italiano dinner

  • 1 box
    rigatoni pasta, uncooked
  • 1 pkg
    italian sausage, sweet
  • 1 jar
    pasta sauce
  • 3-8 slice
    garlic bread

How To Make duffy d'italiano dinner

    Boil one large pot of water on high. Once water is boiling, add pasta.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sausages on a greased pan, and cook in oven for twenty minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through. (For best results, puncture each sausage with a fork before cooking.)

    When the sausages are done, place them on a paper towel on a plate. Immediately place the slices of garlic bread onto the sausage pan, and heat in the oven for five minutes.

    When pasta is cooked, drain the water into a strainer. Quickly place the uncovered jar of sauce in the microwave, and heat for two minutes, stirring the jar halfway through.
