You can use your favorite gourmet mustards in this main entree'.

Spices may be added but the star is the mustard!

Nice twist from basic pork chops.

Ingredients

6 medium
pork chops, boneless
1 c
bread crumbs, seasoned
2-3 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2-3 Tbsp
yellow mustard

Step-By-Step

1Set Oven to: 425*F
Line a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil generously oiled, set a side

2Add both mustards to a small bowl and stir to combine. Next brush pork chops with the mustard mixture.

3Then dip in dry bread crumbs and place on the prepared pan.

4Bake at 425*F for 25-35 minutes.
Check pork for doneness with a instant read thermometer at 20 minutes. If not yet done then pop back in the oven for 10 more minutes checking each time till pork reaches 165*F
