Crockpot Pork Chops and Mushrooms

- boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
- 2 medium
- onions, sliced
- 4-ounce can(s)
- mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 pkg
- dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c
- 10 3/4-oz can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
1Place meat in greased 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker.
2Top with onions and mushrooms.
3In a separate bowl, combine soup mix, water, and soup.
4Pour over mushrooms and pork chops.
5Cover and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.
