This is my creation for a ham for christmas and its good for any special meal god bless.

Ingredients For christmas ham in milk

  • 1 12pd
    uncooked ham
  • 1 gallon
    whole milk
  • 2
    ham an bean seasoning packets
  • 2 teas
    black ground pepper
  • 1, 8 oz
    glass of water
  • 1 1\2 teas
    garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tbls
    all purpose flour
  • 1 cup
    chopped parsley

How To Make christmas ham in milk

    In a clean roaster pan that the ham fits in with about an inch space around ham place the ham in the roaster. Preheat oven to 375 f.in large container mix milk, ham an bean seasoning packets, garlic and pepper mix all well.

    Pour your milk and water mixed good around ham till rises to just at top of ham. Place in preheated oven for 60 min. Pull out ham and pour 2 1/2 tabls flour m I xed in warm water in and around ham, stir slightly the milk mixture in pan. Cook an additional 15 min. Take ham outof pan leave sauce in roaster slice ham an serve with sauce topped with chopped pparsley.
