Cajun Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Honey Glaze

Ingredients

2
pork tenderloins, about a pound
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
cajun seasoning
1/2 c
balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp
honey
2 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Rub pork with olive oil and Rub seasoning over pork.
2Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Prepare grill for medium to high indirect heat.
3Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated.
4Grill pork over a medium-hot fire and grill for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Baste with glaze several times during the last few minutes of grilling.
