In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, place cabbage , water and salt, cover. Microwave on high 8-12 minutes; stir after 5 minutes. Drain. Combine crumbled bacon, soup and milk; pour over cabbage and blend well, cover microwave on high 4-6 minutes. Stir . Sprinkle with onions. Microwave uncovered on high 1-2 minutes until bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
