gruyere cheese or swiss, thinly sliced
boars head pesto ham thinly sliced or your choice
butter for greasing baking dish
SERVE WITH POTATOES,RED CABBAGE AND CARROT MASHED WITH BUTTER & CREAM
Par boil Beligan endive for 10 mins.
Drain endive, let cool until able to handle.
Wrap each Beligan endive first with ham and then with cheese.
Place side by side in the buttered baking dish.
Dash a small amount of fresh grated nutmeg.
Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.Ucover the last 5 minutes.
