Asian grilled 5-spice pork skewers

Wonderful tasting asian pork. Great served w/ white rice or asian noodles.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
ketchup
1 Tbsp
light soy sauce
2 tsp
light brown sugar
1 tsp
chinese 5-spice powder
1-1/2 lb
pork tenderloin, boneless
8 wooden skewers

Step-By-Step

1Soak the skewers in water for 15 mins. In bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients. Slice pork into thin slices. Thread pork onto skewers.
2Brush w/ sauce. Heat grill to med-high heat. Place skewers on grill over indirect heat. Cook 5 mins. Brush w/ sauce.
3Turn skewers and brush w/ sauce, grill another 5 mins.
