Easy Pizza Dough

This dough works great for deep dish but can also be used for regular large pizzas (just requires a little more elbow grease when spreading out thin).

Ingredients

1 pkg
active dry yeast
1 tsp
sugar
1 c
water
2 1/2 c
bread flour
2 Tbsp
oil
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 450. In medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water (no hotter than 140 degrees). Let stand until creamy (10 min).

2Stir in flour, salt, water and oil. Blend until smooth and let rise for 5 minutes.

3Turn dough out on lightly floured surface and kneed (doesn't need much). Roll out and top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
