Quick rice with crisps

A delicious meal, which can be prepared in advance and kept in a fridge. You can add/remove ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients

200 g
rice
2 can(s)
tuna (flaked)
100 g
medium chefddar cheese (grated)
2 pkg
plain crisps (crushed)
1 can(s)
garden peas (drained)
1 can(s)
swertcorn (drained)
3 large
free range eggs (boiled hard and cut into small chunks)

Step-By-Step

1Cook rice according to pack directions and allow to cool, then mix with fork to separate
2Once cool, put all ingredients (except crushed crisps, unless serving within the hour) in bowl and mix.
3Serve with fresh crusty bread, or in a pack lunch boix , adding crushed crisps and mixing just before serving.
4Keeps in fridge for 2 days, but remember only add crisps just before serving.
