Too Sinful Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This dish is a HUGE hit with everyone. Cheese lovers, here ya go!

To make this dish even more sinful... add bacon bits and/or chives. You can also add chicken cooked any way you like, or brown 1 pound of hamburger meat and stir into the mix.

Ingredients

1 lb
macaroni, elbow
1 c
whole milk
2 12 ounce can(s)
evaporated milk
3
eggs
1 c
butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 lb
colby cheese, grated
1/2 lb
monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb
velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
1/2 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
white pepper (black pepper can be used)
1 Tbsp
sugar
salt to taste
1 c
grated mild cheddar cheese for the topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 350° F. Prepare a deep sided 9x13 pan by coating with cooking spray.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook macaroni according to package directions until tender. Strain when done.

While the macaroni is cooking, combine the milks and eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar to the milk and egg mixture and stir to combine.

Add cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir to combine. Then pour into the baking pan and top with the grated cheddar cheese.

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown. ENJOY!!
