Ingredients

linguine
2 can(s)
(15 oz) zesty diced tomatoes w/liquid
1
onion, cut in julienne strips
4 clove
garlic thinly sliced
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
2 tsp
dried oregano
2 sprig(s)
basil, chopped
4 c
vegetable broth
2 Tbsp
olive oil
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Place pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a large pot. Pour in broth and water. Add pepper flakes and oregano. Drizzle top with oil
2Cover pot and bring to boil. Reduce to low, keep covered, cook 10 minutes, stir every 2 minutes.
3Garnish with shredded Parmesan Cheese.
