ground meat; i use 1/3 each of beef. pork, and veal; but all beef works just as well
medium green bell pepper
chopped jalapeno to taste
cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. of tomato sauce
parmesean cheese with more for sprinkling on top
Salt and pepper the meat, then brown it with the onions, jalapeno and bell peppers
Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. simmer about 20 minutes after about ten minutes add the soup and cheese
While the sauce is simmering cook the pasta
Crack the eggs into a large baking dish and mix in the milk to cover the bottom of your dish.
When the pasta is ready add to the baking dish and toss with egg and milk mixture
Add the sauce and toss again coating the pasta.
Top with cheese and bake at 400% for 30-40 minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Enjoy
