- 8 oz
- uncooked spaghetti
- 6 slice
- eggs, beaten
- 1 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1(5 oz.) can(s)
- evaporated milk
- pepper, to taste
1Cut bacon into 1/2 inch squares.
2Cook spaghetti a dente.
3While spaghetti is cooking, fry bacon until almost crisp. Save the bacon grease.
4Drain spaghetti but don't rinse it. Return to the pan.
5Immediately add the bacon with the grease, eggs, 1/2 cup of cheese.
6Toss over low heat until the egg coats the spaghetti and appears cooked.
7Add milk and heat stirring frequently.
8Serve sprinkled with pepper to taste and the remaining cheese.
