grated parmesan cheese
Cut bacon into 1/2 inch squares.
While spaghetti is cooking, fry bacon until almost crisp. Save the bacon grease.
Drain spaghetti but don't rinse it. Return to the pan.
Immediately add the bacon with the grease, eggs, 1/2 cup of cheese.
Toss over low heat until the egg coats the spaghetti and appears cooked.
Add milk and heat stirring frequently.
Serve sprinkled with pepper to taste and the remaining cheese.
