Macaroni and Cheese EXTREME Cassorole

Had dinner to make and found these items already in the house so threw them together and it was DELICIOUS! Family loved it!!!! Told me I should share the recipe with you all. Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
macaroni, cooked
2 lb
hamburger, cooked and drained
2 can(s)
jalapeno pinto beans
2 can(s)
hernandez salsa
1/2 jar(s)
jalapeno peppers
3/4 pkg
mexican velvetta (large block)
3 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large
onion diced
1 bag(s)
taco flavored chips
1 can(s)
black olives sliced
1 Tbsp
sour cream (optional)
1/4 c
salsa (optional)
2 Tbsp
garlic chopped

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350
2In skillet brown hamburger,onion, chopped garlic, jalapenos, drained pinto beans. Drain grease, season with salt and pepper
3In a separate pot, cook macaroni. Drain. Add velvetta and hernandez salsa. You can use your choice of salsa, I just love the taste of hernandez. Let cheese melt as if for mac and cheese.
4After cheese is melted into macaroni add the hamburger mixture into the pot. Mix thoroughly so cheese is distributed throughout the hamburger mixture as well.
5Pour contents of pot into a casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with crushed Taco flavored (or your choice)Doritos and the cheddar cheese and sliced black olives (optional)
6Cook at 350 in oven until cheese melts completely. About 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and Salsa on top(Optional)
