Ingredients

1/4 c
butter
1
onion, chopped
1 - 2 clove
garlic, minced
1 lb
ground beef
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
8 oz
fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp
flour
1 can(s)
( 10 ounce ) cream of mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
cooked
noodles
fresh
parsley - chopped

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter and add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until lightly browned.



Add crumbled ground beef and cook only until red is gone. Add salt, pepper, flour and soup. Stir thoroughly and cook slowly for about 20 minutes.

Stir in the sour cream, heat through and serve over prepared cooked noodles. Top with fresh parsley if desired.

Note: if the sauce is too thick for your liking, just add a little milk or beef stock.
