Grandma's Beef and Noodle Recipe

This recipe makes quite a bit and it warms you up from the inside out on a cold day! It's also perfect for company and doesn't take long to prepare and cook!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
shredded beef
1 can(s)
beef broth
4 c
water
1
beef bouillon cube
12 oz
homestyle noodles
5 Tbsp
butter
10 oz
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
mushrooms
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Drain liquid from beef and spoon out any fat you can see at the top.
2Use a fork to separate the bigger pieces of meat into smaller bites.
3In a large sauce pan boil the water, beef broth, and bouillon cube. Mix every couple of minutes until the bouillon cube dissolves.
4Meanwhile in a small saucepan, add the butter and melt on medium heat until browned a bit.
5Add the cream of mushroom and mix completely. Add to boiling water/broth and mix completely.
6Add the canned beef and mushrooms and wait for mixture to start boiling again. Then add the noodles and mix entirely.
7Turn off heat and cover. Cook for 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
8Serve with sour cream on top and enjoy!
