This is so simple, you can hardly call it a recipe. The results are really delicious if you are a fan of macaroni and cheese and mexican food. It can be a main dish or used as a good side dish too!

Ingredients

1 box
macaroni and cheese
1 can(s)
ro-tel (tomatoes and chilies), any variety you like

Step-By-Step

1The mac and cheese comes with the pasta and the cheese powder. Cook the macaroni as directed about 7 1/2 to 8 minutes. Drain.

2DO NOT ADD THE MILK AND BUTTER as called for on the box. To the pasta, add the envelope of cheese powder and the can (undrained) of Ro-tel. Mix well and heat on low until warm.

3Serve immediately.
