basil leaves, cut into ribbons
low-fat ricotta cheese
Cook pasta as directed, reserve 1/4 cup water, drain remaining water, replace pasta into pot. Using a shredder, shred zucchini. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat.
Add zucchini and a pinch of salt. Stir to coat w/ oil. Cook, stirring for 4 mins. Add spaghetti and ricotta to skillet. Toss gently to combine.
If it is too sticky, add a little of the reserved water. Season w/ salt and pepper.
