I got this reciepe from my dad's second wife. I love it and it is very easy and good to make during the week if you are a busy mom. It is quick and easy to put together in the morning and your family will love it!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


1 can(s)
campbelll's mushroom soup
1 can(s)
campbell's french onion soup
1 1/2 lb
stew beef
1 pkg
extra wide egg noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

Put both cans of soup in the crock pot (mix them together a bit). Add the stew beef. I cook it on low heat. I do it before I go to work and let it cook all day....makes the meat really tender.
When you get home, turn it off. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. While that is cooking I pour the beef mixture in a big bowl (careful it is hot and might splatter). I then take two forks and shred the beef up.
Drain the noodles and then add to beef mixture and mix it up. Add salt and pepper to taste. I serve with mashed potatoes.
