Sage Fried Pork Chops/Apples

- 1/2 inch pork loin chops, trim fat
- 1/2 tsp
- rubbed sage seasoning
- small onion, chopped
- apples, cored and cut into thin slices
- 1 Tbsp
- real butter
1Sprinkle sage onto both sides of chops.
2Place chops in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chops for 8 minutes on one side on medium high heat.
3Turn chops and add onion and apples. Cook for 6-8 minutes more or until chops are thoroughly cooked.
4Stir in the butter to melt into the apples and onions. Serve and enjoy
