You want some thing that is nutritious and low in calories, quick and easy so you don't start to scoff the first pack of biscuits in your sight ....

- 1/2 can heinz beanz (baked beans)
- 1 slice
- wholemeal brown bread
- small tomatoe sliced
- about 1/2 a handful of low fat white cheadar cheese grated
- loads of black cracked pepper
2Stick one slice of brown bread in the toaster , once nicely toasted . Put all on a plate toast first, then the heated baked beans followed with the sliced tomato ,cracked pepper over that. Then to finish the dish, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and place the plate under the grill for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts. Be careful when lifting out the plate from under the grill it will be hot!! .... And this will definitely keep one going until dinner ...
