Ingredients

500 g
mushrooms
1 medium
onion
1 medium
red mild pepper
150 medium
oil
200 ml
beef broth
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
1 Tbsp
dill
1 Tbsp
parsley

Step-By-Step

1Wash delicate the mushrooms,and cut them in thin slices.

2Wash,peel and chop the onion and mild pepper.

3Heat the oil and stew it in oil,pepper and mushrooms,add beef broth and broil,till the liquid dimmish.

4Some people make this stew ,with a mixture of milk and flour,called ,,roasted flour,, ,but,I prefer to make it,with beef broth or tomato juice.

5Serve stew near polenta
