Ingredients

1/2 bag(s)
lentils
4 medium
carrots
1 can(s)
organic diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp
diced garlic
1 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1/4 c
italian dressing
Dashes
hot sauce
1 medium
red bell pepper
1 large
onion

Step-By-Step

1Rinse & drain lentils then add to saucepan with garlic added, for cooking at medium heat approximately 30-40 min.
2Peel & slice carrots & chop onions adding to the lentils during the last 15 min. Of cooking. Chop Red bell pepper but don't cook them As these go in the dressing mixture.
3Wash thoroughly the sprigs of cilantro then shake dry to chop. I include the chopped stems too. Then place into a bowl adding the dressing, red bell peppers & hot sauce.
4During the last 5 min. Of cooking add the tomatoes & the dressing mixture then serve.
