6 1/2 ozwater packed tuna, drained

2-4 slicewhole grain bread, toasted
How To Make creamed tuna and peas

1Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and stir to combine.

2Add the peas and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until peas are tender.

3Stir in the tuna, heat through, serve over toast.
