Ingredients

1 lb
skirt steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp
corn starch
1 tsp
vegetable oil
1 bunch
chinese greens
4
carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
1/4 c
shitake oysters
1/2
red bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp
gluten-free tamari (soy) sauce
1 Tbsp
honey
1 Tbsp
mustard
2 clove
garlic, minced
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
rice wine vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Whisk tamari sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic in bowl.
2Heat oil in wok on medium high. Season steak with salt and pepper and coat with cornstarch. Stir fry steak in batches 1-2 minutes and remove to plate.
3Saute mushrooms until tender. Add sauce, greens, carrots, and peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add steak and cook about 3 more minutes.
4Serve over rice.
