vegetarian meat (i use yves)
beef and onion soup mix
shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine vegetarian meat, beef and onion soup mix, garlic and finely diced green peppers.
Tear bread into small quarter sized crumbs. Add to mixture. Stir well.
Add oil and beaten eggs. Mix. Add shredded cheese. Mix.
Spray dish with nonstick spray before putting in oven. Either use loaf pan or make into loaf shape on any pan. Bake about 35 minutes.
GLAZE: mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar. Top meatloaf. If you are not using loaf pan, coat the sides as well to prevent it from drying out.
